Social Service Block Grant FY 2008 Pre-Expenditure Report (PDF)
The state of South Carolina is required to develop a Pre-Expenditure plan for disbursing
Social Service Block Grant (SSBG) funds and present it to the citizens of the state
for review and comment on an annual basis. The development of this plan requires
the establishment of a planning process to ensure that priority service needs of
the state are addressed. This plan is published by SCDSS and made available for
review and comment by posting on the Internet.
